We are committed to supporting our customers who may be affected by the Coronavirus (Covid-19).

If your business has been impacted by Coronavirus, our teams are here to support you.

  • In the event your travel is limited, you can manage your banking through Bankline or Online Banking and our Mobile Apps
  • If your workforce is affected, Our NatWest Mentor service is your expert in employment law & HR, health & safety and environmental management. We may be able to provide you with the consultancy and advice needed to help your business. Mentor services incur a fee.
  • If you’re concerned with the financial impact of Coronavirus on your business, your supply chain or your cashflow, see how we can support you.

Flybe ceases trading

Flybe ceased trading on Thursday 5th March and has now entered administration.

As a result we are currently experiencing higher than normal call volumes.

If you’re currently on a trip please contact Flybe for further guidance.

If you have booked via a travel agent, 3rd party or paid via PayPal, please contact the company for further advice.

If you have paid with one of our credit or debit cards the quickest way to register your claim is to complete this form.
