Branch closures

Important info about our branches

We've recently announced that we're closing some branches. There's many other ways to continue banking with us.

Banking has changed dramatically in recent years, with an increased demand for mobile and online services, as our customers benefit from a faster and easier way to bank. Closing a branch is a decision we take very seriously.

We know it can affect those less confident with alternatives we offer. We'll always work hard to guide and support you through the changes and find the best way to serve you from now on.

You'll find more information below about each branch closure and the other ways you can bank locally.

Learn more about which branches are closing

We've put together a factsheet about each of the branches that are closing, to give you details on the local alternatives to branch banking. You'll find the factsheets listed alphabetically below.

Community Pop-ups

Our Community Pop-up sites are available in selected locations for up to twelve weeks after changes to our branch network.

Our friendly advisors are on hand to support you, connecting you to nearby local and digital services.
