Complete everyday banking tasks any time, straight from your Bankline dashboard.

Bankline is available to NatWest business account customers. Fees may apply.

How does it work?

Account Servicing lets you complete everyday banking tasks online, without having to pick up the phone or send off forms. You just need to set up the privileges.

From the Account Servicing page in Bankline you can:

  • Stop cheques
  • Order stationery (such as chequebooks and paying in books) for domestic accounts
  • Order stationery for international accounts 
  • Track the progress of all your requests 

What are the benefits?

  • It’s quick and easy to use, so you can spend more time on your business, and less time on banking admin. 
  • Once you’ve set up the privileges, you can get these tasks done anywhere, anytime – you just need to log in to Bankline.
  • You can keep track of your requests from the minute you click submit, and we’ll send you a message once they’re complete.

Setting up Account Servicing

To get started, you’ll just need to set up the privileges in Bankline. If you're an administrator, visit the pages below for guidance on how to do this for yourself and other users.

For account servicing help, click the ‘Support’ button in new Bankline, or click the ‘Chat now’ button that appears on the Account servicing page.
