Manage your BusinessOne Charge Card online

Smart Data is our electronic management information service that helps you track your business expenses wherever you are in the world. Providing access to your BusinessOne account online, Smart Data gives you:

Full reporting and information – letting you generate over 10 detailed reports to track spending over the last 25 months
Company expenditure reports – so you can identify your key suppliers and use the information to negotiate better deals
Detailed information on employee spending – for easy management and control of staff expenses
Seamless integration with your existing accounting system – so you don't waste time transferring information
Cost allocate transactions – so you can add codes and an expense description to track expenditure against specific projects
Spend alerts – set spending alerts for easy 24/7 monitoring

Transaction data is updated daily and held for 25 months, so you can identify trends and track expenditure against budget. If you use VAT-capable suppliers, HM Revenue and Customs will accept Smart Data reports as evidence.
