So, whether you’re up and running or just starting out, our panel of business banking specialists are at the end of the phone to offer support with your borrowing needs.

You don’t even have to be one of our customers to call our Business Hotline – it’s available to any UK business.

Any property used as security, which may include your home, may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on a mortgage or other debt secured on it.

What is the Business Hotline?

The Business Hotline team is made up of some of our most experienced managers. They don’t just understand banking – they understand business as well, so they can offer practical support on the issues you need to talk about. And they are there to offer independent borrowing advice to businesses of all sizes – even if you don’t bank with us.

Who can call?

- Any small or medium-sized business can call our Business Hotline.
- If you are one of our customers, the team will work closely with your Business or Relationship manager to make sure you get the support and guidance you need for your business.

- Please don’t call the Business Hotline for day-to-day banking queries. If you need help with PIN numbers, password details, or account queries, please call one of the phone numbers listed here.
- If you have a general query about our products or services, please call us on 0345 711 4477 (Text Relay 18001 0345 711 4477). Lines are open Monday to Friday from 8am-7pm (excl. bank holidays). Calls may be recorded.
