Manage your overdraft

You can apply to increase, decrease or remove your arranged overdraft online.

You can increase, decrease or remove your arranged overdraft free of charge using Online Banking, or by getting in touch with your Relationship Manager. You can also use our business overdraft calculator to discover the rates you're likely to pay and check your eligibility.

Changing your credit card limit

You can change your credit limit through our ClearSpend app, or by logging in to Online Banking or Credit Card Services, or by calling the number on the back of your card.

Order a replacement card

Has your card been lost, stolen or damaged? Don't worry, it happens to the best of us.

Ordering a new card

If your credit card has been lost, stolen or damaged, you can let us know by completing the correct form via Online Banking or in the mobile app. 

For lost, stolen or damaged debit cards, please fill in the correct form on the Business Debit card page.

If you need access to cash in a hurry, you can give us a call 24 hours a day. We'll provide you with a code that lets you withdraw up to £300 of your money from any NatWest, Royal Bank of Scotland, or Ulster Bank cash machine.

How much interest have I earned?

You can view and download your Certificate of Interest in Online Banking. You can also give us a call and we'll post a copy out to you.

Log in to Online Banking and select 'Statements' from the main menu.

Order a paying-in book online or over the phone.

Order a paying-in book

If you've ordered a paying-in book previously, you can order a new one via Online Banking. If this is the first time you've ordered a paying-in book, you will need to contact us on 0345 711 4477. 

Order a savings card

Order a new card online or via the mobile app.

Order a replacement savings card

Log-in to Online Banking and select 'Cards' from the main menu to report your card lost or damaged. We'll cancel your old card and get a new one sent out.

Alternatively, you can do all of this in the mobile app. 

If you think someone has stolen your card or may have access to your PIN, please call us on 0370 600 0459 (24 hours).

You can update your contact details using Online Banking. For changes to a business name or address, call us or visit your nearest branch.

Travelling abroad? Let us know and we'll make sure your spending isn't affected. You can register your travel plans online and via the mobile app.

Close your account

You can close a business account by calling Business Telephone Banking, or by completing and returning a Business Account Closure form.
