General help and advice

Our helpline is open Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm, and Saturdays, 9am–1pm.

Lost or stolen cards

To report your card lost or stolen, you can call us 24 hours a day on: 0370 6000 459 or +44 1268 500 813 (if you’re outside the UK) or minicom: 0370 154 1192.

We provide you with an exact replication of your paper statement which you can access online. A condition of use is that you no longer receive a paper statement but you can view the last 13 months of your statements online.

You will receive an email advising you that your E-Statement is available to view and we will give you note of changes to terms and conditions of your account.

Yes, you can export account information to Microsoft® MoneyTM, QuickenTM and SageTM, or any packages which accept tsv and csv format. To do this, follow the on-screen instructions on the Review Transaction screen.

If there has been no activity on your account that month and the balance is zero, we will not produce a statement. You can still review historic information and your balance is displayed in the Balance Summary screen.

If you have recently made a payment, please allow up to two hours for it to process. If you have any queries please contact us on 0370 909 3701.

The MAC is the Mailer Authentication Code. We will send this to you after you complete your first login. Please allow up to 10 days for receipt of this. If you do not receive your MAC, please contact us using the general help and advise phone number at the top of the page.

Once you have entered your MAC, you will have full access to the service.

As an administrator, you can change your security details and contact details, including email and business address, within the 'Update Profile' section of the Cards OnLine system. 

Administrators can also update the details associated with other cardholders on the account.

We suggest that your password be something that is easily remembered by you but not easily guessed by another. You will need to follow these password rules:

  • must be between 8 and 20 characters in length
  • must have at least 1 letter
  • must have at least 1 number
  • can contain upper case, lower case, numeric and special characters
  • you will be asked to change your password every 90 days
