Introducing web chat to Bankline


We’re continuing to roll out a web chat feature to your Bankline service. This will provide the opportunity to chat in real time with an available agent.


Following some initial customer feedback, we’ll be positioning a ‘Chat now’ invitation at the top of your Bankline screen when a helpline operator is available. Please note that web chat may not be available all of the time and sometimes you may be requested to try again later.

Web chat hours will be aligned with the current Bankline helpdesk operating hours, 0800 and 1800, Monday to Friday.  

We hope you enjoy using web chat and hope it provides another convenient way to get support with your Bankline service when you need it.

Automated PIN/Password reset now enabled for all

This quicker and easier self service option is now enabled for those times when your own Bankline Administrator is not available to reset you.
